We wanted to let all of you know that our Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled for September 24th will still be held, but with some modifications. Due to COVID restrictions, the conferences will be held over the phone rather than in person. The time will remain the same: 2:30 – 7:30 pm.
For elementary parents, you will be given a scheduled conference time. Information will be sent home before the conference day.
For 7th – 12th grade students, we ask that parents contact the teacher or teachers by email that you need to talk with to schedule a conversation time. With this method, it is unlikely our teachers can talk with each family, so please limit these requests to those teachers that are highest priority for your student.
We hope this method can work for this Fall, and that we will all be able to meet face to face in the Spring of 2021. Thanks for making the best of the difficult COVID situation we find ourselves in.
